Single Family Just 5 Houses To The Beach!
ONLY 5 HOUSES FROM THE BEACH!!! This Oceanside single family house features wireless internet, all appliances, gas grill & is nicely renovated, raised, & enclosed underneath with a 10 X 24 screened area. Two Outside Showers! One enclosed & One open. There are 5 A/C units for those hot summer days. NEW 2nd floor full bath, new dormer = enlarged bedrooms & closets. The entertainment area under the house includes TV, family room, kitchen, full bath & screened-in porch - this are does not have central air - there is a ceiling fan.. This house is located across from St. Francis Center/Church where there are programs & pools open for the public. No smoking please, small pets considered with Owner approval & $100.00 per pet fee. Owner provides pillows, but not blankets.
