The room was very clean with updated ensuite. Very comfortable bed and excellent value for money. Staff very polite.

Room was nice, tidy and had everything we needed and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

The property we stayed in was beautiful, equipped with everything you needed. The only downside was the hot water for the showers ran hot for 1/2minutes then went freezing cold. We did report this and somebody was meant to come out to resolve this but unfortunately the 2 nights we was their the problem didnt get resolved the comunication wasnt brilliant. The matter was never resloved.

The property needs a little updating and upkeep, my door on the inside looked like it had been kicked in and then just left

Good location. Noise insulation between apartments is poor and our apartment was not ready on time. But other than that, we enjoyed the location, apartment kitchen and free laundry. We look forward to returning next time we're in London. Thank you.
