"This is a uniquely beautiful hotel. The staff, rooms and restaurants are all fantastic. We only had one issue and that was the water never got hot in Bath or shower room, it was only tepid warm- but we put that down to age of the building and amount of rooms probably using facilities at the same time. It did not dampen our stay and as forgot to mention it to reception they didn’t have the ability to fix the problem. I would definitly recommend this hotel. "

"500 year old hotel in a very pretty town. Great room with everything needed for a short stay. Housekeeping kept the room immaculate. Very friendly staff. Stayed here last year as well and will definitely stay here again."

"From the moment we arrived, Natalie at the reception desk made our stay exceptional. She was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Any questions we had—whether it was opening and closing times for the swimming pool, sauna, or gym—she provided all the information clearly and with a smile. Her help made everything so smooth and enjoyable. The hotel itself offered great service throughout our stay. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and definitely recommended.
