"The property was advertised as being located in Llanberis. But there's no property at the location shown by Expedia. The actual property is located 11 miles apart. Don't fall for this scam. The propert management says they don't know about any change, Expedia support team confirmed there's a mismatch with location advertised. This was a expensive mistake for us. "

"I recently stayed at the property in August 2025. Whilst the property has everything you need (bar car parking) and is spacious, we experienced a disappointing stay. The apartment wasn’t cleaned for us on arrival, so we had to clean this ourselves and making up beds with any surplus linen we could find in the property. As we arrived on a Sunday we had to wait until late Monday morning until this was cleaned, with the previous tenants used laundry taken away. Post booking, I fed back my views to the agent who advised that the owner felt that no refund was fitting. You would expect any holiday let to be cleaned pre arrival, especially one that is of a higher standard. Whilst we enjoyed our stay and time in and around Beaumaris I can only give a negative review due to the issues we faced upon arrival and then the lack of empathy given by the owner post stay. Beware if there are any issues!"
"Exceptionally friendly welcome and service from Hazel and the team. The room was beautiful, charming and full of character. The SMEG kettle and teapot were a thoughtful touch. We enjoyed the freshly cooked breakfast, although it’s a pity that the restaurant isn’t open in the evenings any more. Overall, thoroughly enjoyable and we won’t hesitate to return. "

"The house was lovely, it was comfortable, with plenty of space and spotlessly clean! The view of Snowdonia and the Menai Straits was outstanding and we were fortunate to experience mostly clear weather when we were there. The view alone would be enough to tempt us back to Eryri but the location just above Beaumaris and the comfort of the house would make it a certainty! We ate in two places whilst there Dylans in nearby Menai Bridge and the Liverpool Arms and recommend both."
