"The house was beautiful, comfortable and exceptionally clean. The location is perfect, a very short walk to the centre of Beaumaris and nestled within a short drive from other areas, I recommend Conwy which is around 30 minutes from the property. I was disappointed to be told the charger at the location was not for customer use despite the listing confirming EV charging inviolable. The local charger is 7kW and always in use either by other electric vehicles or standard cars parked within the space. Other chargers are a distance away from the property, something to bear in mind if visiting with an EV. "

"Top two floors and front groundbedroom - very good. Kitchen - tired, downstairs toilet (remembering totalbeds is 8) is tiny. Backyard is "plain" with a small inexpensive bbq that had been left out in the rain - therfore rusted and not to be used. Weedcontrol had ben abolished."
