"Good staff"

"We stayed as part of a larger walking group to climb Mount Snowden on our Cancer Charity fund raiser, so to find the hotel was located only 300 yards from the start of the route was a real bonus. The staff were attentive and delivered great customer service, thank you. We stayed in room 248, a twin room on the corner , a massive plus was that the windows opened, so you could get real fresh air rather than air con, it makes so much differnce. "The staff were really helpful, on the Monday on checkout breakfast was cooked by staff as chef didn't turn up. Rooms were dated however I enjoyed the stay"

"Nicer than 3* - great value for money, nice food and reasonable prices - didn’t bring my dogs this time but was noticeably dog friendly so I would bring them another time. We arrived very early and we couldn’t check in early but could leave the car for free and explore. Mum loved her £12 breakfast that was both hot and continental and could go back for fruit and toast and cereal as many times as you wanted - tea coffee and juices all good.
