"Staff were lovely, building had beautiful details, we really enjoyed sunrise from the summer balcony in the common area. Complimentary breakfast was very good. "
"From the welcome at check in to the breakfast next day, everything was fantastic. Nice sized Room amd Large bathroom with Corner Bath and Large Shower over. Our stay was short but no complaints, would recommend."
"Room was pristinely clean. Beds were comfortable. Nice en suite bathroom with good shower. Facilities to make a hot drink were replenished on request. Staff were friendly without being intrusive. Didn't eat supper in the restaurant because veggie options were limited. Breakfast was awesome. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to anyone wanting accommodation in the area. Very close to Penrhyn castle and Bangor centre."
"Our first time staying here. We were impressed with the friendliness of the staff, the heads up on A55 problems and that there was a silent fan in our comfortable bedroom on one of the warmest days of the year. The evening meal and breakfast were very good too. We will be back."

Spacious and modern family holiday home
10/10 Excellent
"A good sized house for a family stay. Very well stocked kitchen and dining table that is plenty large enough. Worth noting that the people using the double room upstairs have to go downstairs and through the house to access the toilet at night if the twin room (with the ensuite) upstairs is occupied. That said we enjoyed our stay and would return to the property. Lovely outside space, shame the weather didn’t allow us to enjoy it more!"
The Palms Holiday Home Near Beautiful Benllech Beach - children and pet friendly
8/10 Good
"The house is lovely. It was spacious, clean and really well-equipped. Our only issue was that the key safe could sometime be a little difficult to open and one of the lamps in the double room has a lampshade that easily falls off. Very small issues and certainly not complaints. The house is a great place and we'd definitely stay again. There were a couple of maps which were enormously handy, thanks, as I wanted to do some of the coastal path. The house is in a fantastic location with a path onto the coastal route right next door, shops 1 minute away and the beach just a very short walk. All in all, a fabulous short break for us. Will certainly be back."
Spacious Ty Adeiladwr Cwch, with stunning mountain views near Red Wharf Bay
10/10 Excellent
"Really enjoyed our stay. Family birthday, so we had ages ranging from 6-83. There were 9 of us, and it was spacious enough for us all. Really liked the pool table. "
Pass the Keys | Modern en-suite room in country Pub/Restaurant (2)
4/10 Poor
"Pass the keys were awful to deal with. We received a text from a company we had never heard of and weren’t expecting. Expedia could not confirm it was legitimate, Vrbo in the first instance were no better and Pass the keys were rude. Vrbo eventually took ownership and were able to confirm the company were legitimate and we made the verification and paid the deposit and £10 fee. It turned out the 3rd party had changed their name but the listings had not been updated.
Check in was easy, parking was great and it’s in a great location. The room was disappointing with a roof beam splitting the bed and it was very noisy with the bar underneath and the other people staying in the property.
It was very nicely done out, just needed the bed in a different spot in the room and some soundproofing.

Pass the Keys | Modern en-suite room in country Pub/Restaurant (4)
8/10 Good
"The positives for our stay are - very clean room, warm, spacious, nice shower, easy check in. The communal kitchen area was a nice addition, very clean with good equipment for guest use. The negatives that we found were there was a lack of storage space for clothes (no wardrobe or drawers - just a small shelving unit that had some coat hooks around it) so we had to live out of our suitcase. The shower room itself was very small. When other guests were using the kitchen it can be quite noisy. We ate in the pub one night and prices are very reasonable but we werent overly impressed with the food so didnt eat there again (which was a shame as that was part of the reason for booking this location). The metal staircase to access the rooms could be a problem for anyone with mobility issues. The communal balcony looked like it had safety issues (some.of the artificial grass had been pulled up in one corner, some tables and chairs were upturned and there were at least two pieces of slate on there that looked like they had come off the roof)therefore we didnt use it which again was disappointing as we had beautiful weather, no one informed us or gave us any sort of information on the issues. All in all it was a good stay but dont think we would stay again disappointingly"
"We had a lovely stay for our first visit to Anglesey. The bungalow was in a great position for accessing all areas of the island. The kitchen was well equipped with anything you would need. If you have a dog the garden is safe and enclosed and lovely to watch them from the conservatory.
It was so difficult to find a property with a definite place to park, this bungalow had a drive way up to the door so unloading was easy.
The heating was easy to use and warmed up the bungalow quickly, there is also a log fire although we didn’t use it.
The shower was hot and the beds lovely and comfy. Not the most modern of places but very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Would definitely return "
