Inside, you''re initially greeted by a kitchen, well-equipped and spacious, before moving into a lounge/diner that''s totally welcoming. Underfloor heating throughout offers an added touch of luxury on cooler days, while the double bedroom''s en-suite shower room and the family shower room offer plenty of space to freshen up.

Offering an enviable location, the property sits between Bodmin Moor (14 miles) and the heritage coastline of North Cornwall (15.5 miles) and Devon (24.5 miles). Whether you''re on your bike or exploring on two feet, there''s beauty that surrounds you all around. Discover the pretty banks of Roadford Lake (7 miles) or the estates at Dunsland (5.5 miles).
