"This is the 3rd /4th time staying here. The location is perfect. It has everything you need . We will happily stay again. It is now tired and in need of a refresh. The town is lovely. Lots of independent shops a steam train . Nature reserves with stream . Found a beautiful tawny owl and deer."
This delightful semi-detached cottage is close to walks, bird watching & minutes from the beach.

"Poppy Cott was a lovely cottage, great location for town and amenities, we did have trouble parking a couple of evenings as there wasn't any space to park. Once we got a parking spot we did tend not to venture out, in case we couldn't park when we got back. Beds we comfortable, bathroom would benefit from some tlc, Modern shower, however the floor tiles are uneven and the ceiling would benefit from a refresh/upvc, also lighting could do with being slightly brighter in there. Kitchen had everything we needed, however pots had been put back dirty so we washed everything before use each time. Outside space lovely, couldn't locate the bbq, lovely to pop washing on line to dry, added bonus of the airer also. Children loved there room, however the could be more clothes storage, had to storage children's clothes in main room wardrobe and drawers, top cupboard was too dusty to store clothes so ended up using the vanity area as clothes shelf for adults non-hanging clothes. Although ample looking wardrobes, very limited in space. Would stay here again for the location to town and beach"

"Great location, 5 minute walk into Sheringham for food and arcades etc! The balcony does look over the carpark but also great views of the sea and sunset so didn’t bother us! The one thing I would suggest making clearer in the blurb is that whilst there is “free” parking in Cliff Road, there are minimal spaces and we never found one- I just paid to park from 8am until going out- and then if back before 6 ( only one day)- so around 25 for the 3 days…. Kids loved the arcades- thankfully still have 2p games- with 3 of them that helps keep the to a manageable level!"

"Key box on arrival. Simple and efficient. Room clean tidy and pleasant. Buffet breakfast had a good variety. Entrance to parking small, but enough spaces."
