Top Fishermen's Heritage Centre Hotel Reviews
Morris House - a house that sleeps 11 guests in 6 bedrooms
8/10 Good
"Keys to the house are muddled and there are not enough for the number of people. Would have preferred a keysafe for more flexibility. No stair gate in the annexe. We had to buy our own. Also not enough mugs. We come every year and bring additional mugs each time. Otherwise, a lovely place to stay with God size rooms."
Queen Mary House: Very large holiday home with superb sea views
8/10 Good
"This property has a relaxed atmosphere and enjoys sea views. The coast path, beach, promenade and town centre are within easy (uphill/downhill) walking distance. The accommodation sleeps 20 people, although online descriptions did not explain that two of the double bedrooms have curtained divisions between bunk bedded areas, so only suitable for families / close friends, who don’t mind sharing. There are two flights of stairs as the rooms are spread over three floors. The accommodation and outdoor area are spacious for eating and relaxing together. There are two charcoal burning BBQ’s.Bedding was crisp and clean, mattresses could be better on some beds. There were plenty of games, jigsaws, puzzles, board games and cards. The book cases were full of interesting books including a DVD library. With only one washroom/bathroom per floor we managed with 14 of us. Sheringham will appeal to people looking for food outlets, pubs, cafes, restaurants and many independent small shops in the main shopping streets. There were 2 bins, one for landfill waste, one for recycling. Separate Food waste was not covered. Food from the local supermarket was delivered for our arrival. There’s heaps of equipment for preparing, cooking and eating food. Some hand painted pictures add to the ambience. We had good weather and enjoyed the bank holiday weekend with family, to celebrate my birthday."
Salty Towers: A large holiday home with magnificent sea views
10/10 Excellent
"This was our fourth stay at this property and it did not disappoint as always. Superb location, and a beautiful home with views out to sea. You could happily spend the whole day just hanging out if you wanted to."
Cockleshell Cottage - superb, traditional flint cottage in an enviable position yards from the sea.
8/10 Good
"Lovely holiday cottage Central for everything, could do with some updating compared to Gansey and Scrimshaw, the neighbouring properties"
Burlington Berties
8/10 Good
"Room and property were excellent. We did not eat there but the food looked good."
The Lobster
10/10 Excellent
".nice place to stay excellent veils from balcony room, definitely stay again well worth a visit ."
Crab Cottage - A Traditional Fishermans Cottage With A Modern Twist
8/10 Good
"We moved the table from the middle of the lounge back into the kitchen area but was no hassle The property was lovely and clean apart from the wooden floor downstairs it had been swept but not washed and was extremely dirty Prefer location to everything in Sheringham and the local buses were very cheap and we travelled to other villages The food in the restaurants was good as well as the take aways If you love charity shops you will be in heaven We had a lovely time over the week and the beach was great for the dog."
In a quiet street this pretty bungalow is located close to the beach & the town centre of Sheringham
10/10 Excellent
"This was our seventh visit to The Flints so we must like it. Brilliant location and parking. Three negative points as mentioned before, Needs a walk in shower as the bath is too deep for older people.Needs wi fi. also needs more comfortable lounge chairs."
The Two Lifeboats
8/10 Good
"Nice room and fab breakfast!"
