SERVICED ACCOMMODATION – available NOW TO 28 MARCH 2024 at GBP £1500.00 PER 4 WEEKS, fully inclusive of all utilities and taxes, or apportioned based on duration of booking.

Parking on driveway for two large cars and ample street parking.

Inside, the house boasts high-standard furnishings, including a well-equipped open-plan kitchen/diner with modern amenities. Downstairs there is a WC and outside there is a utility room with the washing machine.

A cosy living room offers comfortable seating for at least six, a smart TV, and games console.

Upstairs, two master bedrooms are elegantly furnished with king-size beds, wardrobes, and chests of drawers. The third bedroom has a bunk bed and a charming nautical theme. Upon request, a travel cot is available.

The bathroom features a WC, bath/shower, and wash hand basin.
