A very old and smelling billing. Rude stuffs, and food for care home people. Breakfast Jesus Christ not even for a dog! Never ever again.very noise too, full of no maners Spanish people, including the stuff.

Emailed 3 weeks before arriving at hotel for confirmation of booking , to be told I never had a reservation , so booked with Roomsdi , when arrived at hotel told I had two rooms , disappointed by the miss information , and was a expensive stay . A very disappointed customer

Booked a room for 3 people. What we actually received was a room for 2 and a camp bed that almost collapsed every time you sat on it. Didn't have enough bed covers for 3 and didn’t have enough towels for everyone in the room. When we requested more towels from the receptionist we were told ‘I’ll check’, only to be told there were no towels to give us because the cleaner wasn’t in. When the cleaners did bother to go in the room they would throw clothes into which ever suitcase they felt fit, not bother to take all the rubbish from the room and not replace the toilet paper in the bathroom. Walls extremely thin so could hear everything the people in the neighbouring room were doing. 2 of the receptionists we experienced were extremely rude and looked as if they didn’t want to be there, let alone resolve any issues. The only saving grace was that the room had great air con. Extremely disappointing experience. Don’t expect much.

Great little hotel for a short stay
This hotel is in a great location for the old town. Perfect for a short stay, not sure I would like 2 weeks there due to no balconies or terraces. Rooms are basic but very clean, some rooms have recently been updated. Excellent value for what I paid.

This hotel is in a great location at the bottom of the old town and 5 mins away from levente beach .very clean room ,basic (Needs small fridge in room) great staff very helpful would definitely stay again......

Good position! RIght in the middle of the old town, you can actually breath the atmosphere of Benidorm. Too hot though. Radiators were fully on and the tiny yard between the rooms doesn't let the wind in or any draft to cool the place

The price of the room for 1 night was brilliant, right in the middle of the old town, hotel staff were very helpful, only down side...no kettle in rooms.

location is good. dining room is small and that means having to wait for people to finish eating before you can enter when the hotel is busy. food decent but limited. We knew what we were getting and enjoyed our stay. If you arrive expecting swimming pool and a hotel on the beach you will be disappointed.

Fantastic location in Old Town and near the beach
Hotel is located right in the middle of the old town and a 5 minute walk to the beach, so fantastic location. It is essence a budget hotel so don’t expect 4/5 star facilities on budget prices I would definitely return if your looking for a hotel in a fantastic position in the old town Rooms are cleaned every day and is clean The hotel is dated and has no pool, but value for money is excellent, if you do want 4/5 facilities you need to look elsewhere and pay a lot more

The hotel is in a fantastic place, centre of everything, 2 minutes walk from Benidorms amazing beach. our 3rd floor flat looked over all the festivals activity. Didnt have a kettle so bring your travel one. The only problem unforseen was the couple fighting upstairs :-( so after 2 days I went down to reception 3am in the morning and instantly the receptionist came up with me and sorted it. I would of been too scared on my own but he wasnt. Its a cheap, get what you pay for hotel---my comeback in a review is WOULD YOU GO THERE AGAIN? definatlly

The hotel had no room even though I had booked 2 months before hand they transferred me to another hotel a mile away not what I wanted . Why didn’t they tell me before I got there I could have found another one myself nearby

Great location, 5 mins walk from the beach. Not luxury, but a room for under €40 for two, who could complain. Very helpful & friendly staff, thank you. We did not eat here, so we can not comment on the food, but breakfast was offered. We would stay here again.

Rained the first day the cleared up. so all good in the end. Not a good view from the room,a bit like a prison (see photo) wanted a balcony but none left. Toilet in the room is ridiculous, it is so close to and faces the bath so nearly impossible to sit on!! Shower screen ill-fitted so water everywhere from the nice,powerful shower. Nice Tapas in the area. Good hotel bar next to hotel.

Good location.
This hotel is not easy to find because you are dropped off somewhere else down the road, the area around the hotel is for walking only and the entrance is down a side street. It is central very basic but clean if you just need a bed and shower. There is no safe in the hotel at all, No fridge or anything else in the room. A lot of shops bar and eateries right outside so you don't have to walk far for stuff to do.

Convenient hotel in the Old Town
We just stayed here for one night to meet up with friends. It is located in the convenient area of the Old Town. The room was clean and spacious and had an effective but quiet air conditioner. The mattress is a little hard and doors squeak quite a bit, but other than that, it is a cozy, good hotel. Staff are also friendly and helpful. There are lots of cafes, bars, restaurants, and shops nearby. I'm happy to stay here again.

The hotel is clean, comfortable and in a great location in the old town. It is more suited to a city break type of trip rather than a resort holiday as there is no swimming pool. Breakfast was a reasonable choice of cooked food and continental styles. It was nice to see the local nispero fruit available. Staff in general were helpful and friendly apart from the receptionist who checked us in, who challenged us a few hours later to provide written confirmation of our booking as she did not recognise us. One of the bar staff also gave us flat generic mixers while serving fresh individual ones to the person next to us. Overall it is well priced and best suited to a short break where you want to be at the heart of the old town.

Great budget hotel
This was a great budget hotel. If you're looking for an affordable place to sleep at night, then this is it. It's very simple and basic but it has everything you need. Solid wifi, comfortable beds, clean, provides shampoo and body wash, and clean towels. The location is great as it is in the center of the busy areas and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. There's a pub attached to the hotel and lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Front desk woman was very kind and helpful with the check in. The only negative about this hotel are the thin walls. You can hear your neighbors which didn't bother us as we were hardly ever in our room, but if you are a light sleeper, you may want to keep that in mind.

Dont go there
We went half board. The room was ok. But the food or what there was of it was really bad. Half of the food trays were empty. If this is bad for Adults then i would not take kids there as there is nothing for them to do.. Its not noisy except for the church bells.Ok, it is noisy. My advice. Give it a wide berth unless you go room only, no kids and you dont mind the bill chiming every half hour. Oh, and book on another site

A two day stay at this hotel in the hub of café culture and shops to browse. 4th floor room a little noisy if you kept the window open as the street below was full of tables for the cafés, bars, restaurants and they were moved away during early hours of night. Wear earplugs, close the window, turn on the AC and it's fine! Good speed wifi in the room and can get the signal still if you sit outside at the ONE BAR. Drinks and snacks there are cheap but good. Tables are always full! Short walk to the beach. No pool.Think you can get voucher to use pool in another hotel. Breakfast good, adequate. Buffet. Can recommend the fish restaurant Rays. No access by car. Need to park about 5 mins walk away and feed the meter. Some free times and cost us 5€ for two days. Be on time!

Badly laid out bathroom
Unclean bathroom, VERY hard mattress, no extra blankets or pillows. Bathroom was actually a joke. The loo faces he half bath so it's physicall impossible to get your legs in front. Made no sense why it wasn't fitted to the other wall. Was very quiet which was nice but no way is this hotel a 3 star, more like a 2! Breakfast was reasonable. One night not worth £100 though.
