Favourite Benidorm stay
Stayed here before, the location suits us perfectly, it’s clean the staff are friendly & helpful and the balcony view at the front is outstanding.

Excellent value for money.
Excellent value for money, and the views from the balcony are superb. Room was very clean and the shower was powerful, which I like. Could do with two pillows as the one I had was very soft.

The room was not as good as the last timecwe stayed. The laminate flooring in the bathroom is inappropriate. It should have a proper hard floor ..wee had soaked into the floor and the room smelt. The cleaner was great she bleached the room for us but you could still smell urine.

Good size room, wifi intermittent
I had a very clean, good size nice room, nice bathroom, comfortable bed, small balcony, drinks cooler. The Wi-Fi was very intermittent. Some of the decoration will need renewing soon.

We thoroughly enjoyed the sea view room with balcony. Superb location. We liked the ease of walking around the Old Town and Levante Beach area. Frequent buses Good tram setvice to Calpe and Denia at under 5 Euros return. Walkable to Tram Station from Mar Blau but cheap bus fare there.

The location is great, the beach on the doorstep, literally, clean and although it is not mentioned online, you can have a kettle and clips from the reception. You are a few minutes walk and your in the old town. Huge range of restaurants close by one is the Fresh bar, the portions are plentiful at reasonably priced.

Great location for easy access to bars, restaurants and the beach. Very clean, excellent value. A little tired and could do with some minor refurbishment of flooring but the staff were lovely, very quiet hotel even in a busy spot and and a great base in Benidorm. Very good A/C that we needed and isn’t noisy during the night. Will definitely return.

Great hotel for what you pay. On a fab spot easy access to beach and close to new town,great places to eat near hotel. Only fault was shower could do with resealing as it’s dirty looking and grout would need cleaned. Staff friendly. I would definitely come back. Book sea view though worth the extra money 😊

With the price i paid it was fantastic. But if i went again would ask for a sea view and balcony as the hotel is 25 metres walk to the beach front and so close shop and bars.Also shame there was no tea and coffee in room but will give you a kettle.would definitely go there again

Forced to pay on arrival. Booked hotel in feb 2023 and asked for ground floor room due to health issues, arrived in aug 2023 so hotel had over five months to let us know about the room. Arrived and was given a third floor room. Staff were basically rude and unprofessional

Really enjoyed the stay, with fantastic views from the balcony. A little noisy at times due to children's play area at front of hotel. A seating area at the front of hotel would be a good idea. Would definitely stay again.

The view (sea view room) and location are amazing. Small and friendly, great price, comfy beds lovely shower nice free safe, helpfull staff. Second time here and would return! Only moan would be the fridge in room was hardly cooling anything we put in it, even though the sign on reception says they only cool our friends fridge was chilling things really cold. Other than that excellent stay here
