perfect location for Benidorm Palace, comfortable beds and pleasant private balcony. For us the perfect location ..... it would be totally different in July August I am sure but for out of main season a place we will definitely use again.

This hotel is amazing it’s chilled relaxing and suitable for all Except loud parties if you want loud parties this insn’t the place for you staff are great rooms are spotless and clean Would highly recommend.

The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. The food was delicious and the head chef was also very proud of their dishes which made eating more enjoyable. Overall great.

Anniversary Break in Benidorm
We booked this Hotel for 3 nights because of its proximity to Benidorm Palace. It is directly opposite and ideal to get to after the Show. Very clean and large bedroom. All good apart from Restaurant where we felt food offering was not up to the standard of other 4 star hotels we have stayed in previously in Benidorm. First time we have not been able to have Cava with breakfast. Very disappointing as it was our Ruby Wedding anniversary!

A weekend in Benidorm at Hotel |Mediterranean
First time in this Hotel and I loved it. A large bright room, comfortable beds and some UK TV channels. A large outdoor pool and an indoor pool. Staff in the restaurant very efficient, helpful and cheerful. The good choice of food to suite everyone's taste All parts of the Hotel were clean and bright. Ideal place to stay if you plan to visit Benidorm Palace. Safe parking in the Hotels underground car park.

Very clean food was good the staff were very friendly the only down fall that I found with the hotel was the entertainment which I thought was very poor.

We‘ve never been to Benidorm before and didn’t know what to expect but the hotel was quiet, safe and the staff were really friendly. The pool area was great and the hotel was in a convenient spot and right opposite the Benidorm Palace theatre. The only thing that let it down a bit was the all inclusive food which was very English, except a decent paella at lunchtimes but it was tasty if not very adventurous!

Conveniently situated and overall good value for m
Drove to Hotel from Gibraltar to see a show at Benidorm Palace This hotel is situated just opposite the show Venue We went half board and the food was value for money It was clean and the evening entertainment quite acceptable However I had to pay extra for covered parking because my booking was via Hotels .com Upon querying this I was informed that free parking was only applicable to bookings directly with the hotel Perhaps Hotels.com could look into this and rectify if possible

We had a great stay. Hotel was clean and staff friendly. Was ideal place to stay for the Benidorm palace. A long walk ( maybe ) for some people to the town and sea front.

Great 1/2 holiday
3rd time staying at the hotel but this time with family, we all had a fab time. First time family have stayed and they loved it. Food really good and you would have to be really fussy & finicky not to find something you enjoyed. Staff very friendly & helpful, excellent experience all round.

Room was very spacious and clean. Lots of plugs for devices. Front desk was very helpful and spoke english. Free parking on street but limited. Didnot like the twin bed system. Breakfast and supper menus not good. The cleaning staff of the dinning room was excellent.

Great hotel
A great hotel rooms very spacious and clean (and warm as it was February). Great hotel to stay in if ur going to the Benidorm Palace. Staff very friendly and polite. Only stayed for one night but would certainly come back and stay longer.

Second time around and still good.
A nice hotel, we a leak in the bathroom and it was fixed within 20 minutes of reporting it, so excellent service regarding that. The breakfasts were very good, although we did get caught out a little by the later start of the breakfast service on the Sunday. Overall a good stay. It’s the second time I have stayed at this hotel (some seven years earlier) and it was an excellent stay then also.

Standard Hotel with basic facilities
The beds are so uncomfortable and lumpy please get new memory foam mattress. The food was not nice too. Breakfast very basic and the hot food was cold on the counters. Not very appetising at all. We are out most of the time even though the family has all inclusive.

Short winter break
Stayed with a group of friends for a four day break.Fab hotel,lovely pool area.Very good food stayed half board.Only downside is that all inclusive can only be booked on five or more days now

Lovely hotel
Lovely hotel, not luxurious but spacious, pleasant, efficient staff and good food. About 25 mins walk to the beach and “strip” but nice area and plenty of buses if you don’t want to walk. Very good food, buffet style. For the price we paid we were more than happy and would definitely come back here in preference to a big noisy hotel. Nice big bright rooms, great shower and a bath. Tv with lots of English language channels. The building is only 3 storeys high which I liked.

Are rooms were clean and well presented, although a bit stuffy as I don't think that they had been opened up in a while. To use the indoor pool you had to pay extra fees, which was not made clear at the time of purchase, the indoor pool and its facilities was one of the main reasons for the choice of location. Although our reservation and its requirements were met in full, the tone and manner of the greet at check in was rather curt. As was another member of staff when approached with a question for information. he main upset with our stay, was that around 7.50 in the morning, we were awoken by the hotel reception calling the room to check that we still required our transfer to the airport. I was not impressed by this, as obviously details were not check, and it was very disturbing to be woken by such a thing. I know its not an early time, but nevertheless, not very customer focused.

Great Family Hotel
It is great family hotel situated in the outskirts of Benidorm. Levante beach is about 17 minute walk or a short bus ride. However if you want to walk to old town, it took us 45 minutes. Nice comfortable rooms and very clean. Food is very good with something to choose all palates. Seperate section for children.There is a show cooking as well with some meats like, beef, pork, chicken, fish ect. Good choice for puddings including yummy rice pudding, custard, cakes, fresh fruits. Good sized bar. They pack you a picnic as well but the picnic they packed for us included the bread slices from the end of loaf which wasnt reasy to eat. Good sized outdoor swimming pool and a small indoor swimming pool with a free jakuzi. Need a hat for indoor pool. Good outdoor space for kids for some rides, pool table and table tennis facilities. Free street parking available around hotel and paid indoor parking provided by the hotel. Now the negatives, No free WiFi even in public areas n have pay for safety box as well.

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel, however the breakfast leaves a lot to be desired, I can’t understand why they have a machine that serves concentrated orange juice when there are abundance of fresh oranges, however the hotel is very clean, perfect for a short stay
