Great location 😀
This is my 2nd stay. The service this time was much better than my first visit. The receptionist changed room for me with no quibble and was happy to help. The cleaners were fantastic and do an amazing job. So friendly! The team at breakfast were happy smiley and a joy to be around. Breakfast has something for everyone. The room was adequate size but the bathroom was very tiny! The room faced the sea and had a fantastic view. I would come back again but would not be comfortable with a carpark view (initial room assigned) but was quickly changed on request. Location is great.

Great stay.
Hadn't stayed here before and it's a lovely hotel. Far enough away from the strip but close to the old town, and only one street away from the front. Fabulous choice of breakfast, both hot and cold, but were surprised that the evening menu is waiter service, and the same choice of around 8 mains each day. However the food is excellent, and the waiting staff, like everyone in the hotel, are really pleasant and friendly. Rooftop pool and bar are fabulous, but the usual problem with British guests putting towels on sunbeds and leaving them empty for 3 or 4 hours. Great views out to sea. The downstairs cafe is always busy at night, and it's a good sign that mainly locals use it. Would definitely visit again.

Great location
Pros - Excellent location for old and new town, very clean hotel both rooms and communal areas spotless, rooms are well decorated with a modern feel. Breakfast had a good choice and was well presented (be aware that it doesn't start until 08:00 if early riser). Cons - Rooms at the back of hotel had a view over a car park (lowest floor view was dire).we was able to move rooms from back to front of hotel (really nice guy on reception) but may not always be an option. Rooms had little or no sound proofing (ear plugs a must if light sleeper). Lifts were slow so used stairs, not really an issue for us but one to bear in mind.

Excellent hotel
Excellent hotel. One block from sea front. Very clean & comfortable too. Good variety for breakfast.Only thing that only have one machine for Coffee & very slow Americano & only gives half a cup of a small cup. Friendly staff all round hotel. Noise when putting chairs outon a morning in the Burger bar below & packing them up on a morning. Great location for new town & a short stroll for old town. Lovely touch with fridge in room. Hotel give you water in fridge when arrive. kettle too with Tea/coffe too. Great views on roof top too with comfy double canopy beds. Overall great & I would stay again if price is reasonable again.

Disgusting & Smelly Avoid!
First night we arrived very very strong smell of sewers I thought nothing of it but that was the start of my problems, the toilet bowl was basically off very loose almost unusable shower would stay at the right temperature very uncomfortable also the heating was jammed on hot so me and my partner was sweating through out our whole stay, also when I asked to see a manager they said sorry what is it for wouldn't let me talk to someone above then when I told them these problems they said sorry there’s nothing we can do I will just pass the message on to the maintenance crew... Also right outside was road works going on very noisy and dirty was not a good experience PLEASE AVOID Would never stay there again !!!

I knew spa was shut for refurbishment so I paid extra for suite with spa bath. It did not work, I reported it 3 times it was not fixed, I wanted to treat my husband for his birthday and this really spoiled a lovely weekend. I kept being told it would be fixed but it wasn't. I feel ripped off as I paid extra to have this.

The service provided by all staff at the hotel was excellent and the food in the restaurant was good. The only drawback to this visit was the hotel pool and spa were closed for renovations and we weren’t notified about this before we arrived.

Stopped here for short 5 night break in January, excellent value and nice clean hotel with nice rooms, if we were here for a summer holiday I would prefer an outdoor pool as this only has a very small pool on roof with a few beds available it’s also on the main road! But for a short break it’s great!

Staff,service, food and location were wonderful.Hotel is clean and shower was powerful also had a bath tub. stayed in room 204 which had a street and beach view, road works going on outside, but I knew this before I booked the hotel and it did not disturb our sleep. Evening meal is served 7.30-10.00 pm I would have liked my meal a bit earlier as we were out there with friends and were always late meeting them in the evening as they had there food at 6.00 pm. I would stay at this hotel again.

Only had some services operational - pool areas not cleaned all week nor was the pool, no bar service at the pool, however we were told it not operational from November - Should the hotel have had this on the website info we would have booked a different hotel This hotel could be fabulous with attentive management!!

We boojed a suite which was very nice let down by little things.tgey go on about saving water yet no plug for the sink.you could only fill the bath with the shower as the button to switch bath to shower did not work.some cupboard doors had dropped

Good quality for price.
Nice hotel in centre but without being on top of everything. Only drawbacks is being given a room above roadworks, and how early the chambermaids start knocking in the morning. Room was clean and comfortable, and hotel was close to the beach
