"Everything was wonderful! The check in staff was friendly, the manager was understanding of our situation, the room was super clean (had to unplug the air freshener as I am sensitive, but it smelled good) the fresh cookies were really good and made us feel special, the hot tub was clean (and I am very picky about that that I actually got in) and it was a perfect temperature and relaxing, the morning breakfast was good and varied and our checkout was smooth! My husband and I loved it and will definitely come back anytime I come to Napa! Many thanks and blessings to all at the Elm House! : )"

At check-in, the front desk team surprised us with a bottle of brut to celebrate my husband’s birthday, which was such a thoughtful touch. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with stunning views that made the entire experience feel peaceful and special. The property itself is beautiful, and every detail—from the landscaping to the common areas—felt carefully maintained. He went above and beyond by surprising us with a charcuterie table and a cigar for my husband’s birthday. That gesture meant a lot to us and showed the level of care and hospitality this hotel provides. Overall, Harvest Inn delivered an exceptional experience—amazing service, delicious food, clean and roomy accommodations, and breathtaking views. We can’t wait to come back."

"The hotel was in a nice and quiet area. It was perfect for a relaxing wind down close to yountville. The rooms were spacious and well maintained. I loved the fireplace feature in the room and the wine upon arrival was a nice touch. It was easy to get to the wineries from the hotel and had excellent amenities with two separate fire pits. "
