"Worst place ever stayed at, the place was moldy, need maintenance, looks nothing like the pictures, staff is not helpful. Asked 48 hours before last day of reservation to get one day refund. They gave us the run around telling us we don’t have permission todo anything we will tell our boss. No chance of giving us upgrade and too scared to let maid service come in due to uncleanliness from the dirt we cleaned up when we came in. Bed was bad, back hurt. Allergies were definitely flaring up. "

"Since I booked this through Expedia, I wasn’t able to select adding my dog. I wasn’t aware that I needed to so when we showed up, we were told they didn’t have any rooms left for a dog. Because we were late I told them we have no other choice so she let us stay but said it was a $75 pet fee. We were pretty much stuck so we stayed until the next day in which we were able to cancel and moved to a different hotel. Fortunately, we were able to get a refund on that second day. All that said the room was absolutely disgusting. There were boogers on the wall. There was some weird blood stain on the bed skirt, and there were pubes in one of the beds on the sheet. We couldn’t get out of that room fast enough."

"The hotel is great for a few days in san francisco. It sits on a fairly busy street but the public transport is very handy. Breakfast isn't up to much but it's more than most provide. There are loads of good shops, bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. Every member of staff we encountered was helpful and polite. "

"I stayed here for about five nights. My room was big and spacious and clean. It does seem a little old but it was right off Lombard Street near a lot of places to eat. This place is definitely good for a quick stay."
