"Great for an overnight stay at Luton before a flight. Very fast check-in to a clean and warm room. A new bathroom, plenty of sockets and tea/coffee area. "The room was cold when we arrived and the radiators were ineffective. Fortunately it was warmer when we returned from dinner.
The bureaucracy associated with online check in was excessive ie submitting passport details and photo, and precise checkin time. info from three different organisations, and lists of instructions and rules for check in and out. I like to book and turn up on the day."
