Very helpful front desk assistance. Parking is a little expensive at 14 EUR but worth the convenience. Great location near the airport with grocery stores and restaurant just around the corner.

Loved this hotel. Located very close to the airport. The reception was very nice and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The area the hotel is located in was very quiet and conveniently next to small eateries and Aldi, a supermarket where you can pick up water and snacks if needed. Bed was extremely comfortable. Close to a bus that will take you to the nearest train station (8 min away) that will get you into central Berlin. Overall, would highly recommend.

Overall it was a very good hotel. We booked it to come early in the morning fast to the airport. For this it was very good and the hotel is nice and clean.

Good bag for the buck.
Nice room. Clean and comfortable bed. Good location relative to Tegel. Only downside is bathroom is a bit small. Good value. Would stay here again.

A lovely hotel with very clean rooms, helpful staff and a convenient location. Only real problem was lack of aircon, which meant leaving the windows open.

An odd location closer to the airport; it takes a bus and subway combination to get to the city center. Beds not that comfortable, threadbare pillows as thin as a sheet. Bathroom had an unpleasant smell. Ran out of tissues and towels and mat for shower was taken away. Was charged extra for breakfast; not enough food one morning, almost no coffee the next, and no seating the last time. They seemed overwhelmed.

Everything great except it is not very near the downtown area. Not anywhere near any mainstream restaurants/ German restaurants or bars. Only ethnic, mostly Turkish, Indian , Misdle Easten or Vietnamese restaurants abound. I had difficulty finding places to eat in. Parking also an issue.

The are was reasonably quiet and the Hotel was set back off main road. The rooms were good and very neat if a bit on the warm side...but that was no problem.

Huge room and nice bathroom. Hotel is quiet and very clean. Staff very nice. I needed a quick place to stay as my friend was in the hospital suddenly and we were traveling. Area is nice, grocery store across the street and lots of restaurants.

Unfortunately the hotel is not as it is advertised. The description states that it is in Mitte, and unfortunately it was very far away from the said part of the city. Bus connections are ok, and the area is fine (kind of industrial) but I wish we knew that in advance... The pictures are very nice, but the hotel was a bit old and rundown, especially the lounge area. Note, that they only have a reception between 6am and 10pm, so if your flight is delayed, etc, there is no way you can get in. The wifi is just ridiculous, could not even load Google Maps, and you had to pay for extra connection, which frankly seems unfair, given that the hotel was 80-90 euros per evening. The staff was nice, and was trying to be helpful, but I wish they would update the location on the map. Also, the rooms were clean, which is guess is positive.

Room was far too hot. No A/C during a very hot summer. I arrived at 10pm and the room was like a sauna. Very little sleep as I couldn’t cool the room down. Water was available but it had been in the room all day and was very warm. No fridge to cool it down. Room was clean and fresh but these two issues would stop me staying again.

Lovely little hotel
One of the better hotels we’ve stayed in. A little far from the nearest S-Bahn but an easy walk and plenty of bus stops near. Very close to Tegel airport. Cheerful hotel with very welcoming and friendly staff. Extremely helpful and will do anything for you. The room was just the right size for a couple and the bed was huge and very comfortable. Very clean and tidy throughout. No air con but there was a large fan supplied. A pity there was no fridge in the room. Especially with the temperatures. Lovely little roof top with seats where you can go for a drink/smoke. Spent a few hours up there last thing in the evening. Supermarket directly across the road and a smaller shop nearby too. Would definitely recommend !!!
