Best one day stay of my life!
If you have *any* reason whatsoever to be in Berlin, Amaya Motel is perfect for you. The staff are incredibly friendly, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and the location cannot be beat. It’s within easy walking distance of both the S-Bahn and the U-Bahn, with restaurants and grocery stores of all kinds just around the corner!

Nice... But....
Nice staff and newly renovated room and bathroom. Close to metro and pictures are fairly accurate. But... The waterheater was an exiting experience with either crazy hot or ice cold water. Better lighting and decor could do much for the room. One LED spot was a"disco spot".. 😂 Neighbourhood a little.... dark? Not much to do unless you hit city center.

Location was close to train station. Very easy to get to around because of the train. Staff were friendly, we had only reservation for 2 but made room for an extra person

Wir sind super nett empfangen worden, das Motel ist modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, es gibt ausreichend Toiletten und 2 Badezimmer, kostenlose Getränke (Kaffee und Tee) und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sauber, Einrichtung könnte etwas hochwertiger sein. Steckdosen waren nicht beim Bett. Ist billig und gut erreichbar mit ubahn, hat alles gepasst.

Ich konnte in dem Bett leider nicht gut schlafen, fand es war schon recht durchgelegen... Sonst ist es nett da, geeignet um günstig eine Nacht zu verbringen.

War alles sauber und schön eingerichtet. Die Arbeiter sind sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Einer der Mitarbeitenden hat mir sogar kurz vor Mitternacht Geld gewechselt, weil keine Bank offen war. Als ich nach einer Wegbeschreibung gefragt habe, hat er auf seinem Handy den günstigsten und schnellsten Weg für uns gesucht. Alles in allem super coole Leute. Wenn ich wiedermal nach Berlin komme weiss ich in welches Hotel. Es gibt nichts nichts negatives was ich sagen könnte. Danke an das Personal :) Lg Jeff

No one worked there. I had to call 3 times to get in, even though I had let them know about my arrival time ahead of time. There was music playing all night from the reception (where no one worked) making it impossible to sleep. The blinds didn't work, the street was heard all night and the room felt damp and cold.

Dreckiges Motel
Bettlaken ist dreckig gewesen Doppelzimmer gebucht aber zwei Einzelbetten zum geschoben. Einzelbad gebucht aber dann doch Gemeinschaftbad und um ein eigenes Bad zu bekommen noch 24 Euro da zu bezahlen. Personal war nett aber wie 13 Jahre alt. Keine 5 min in Zimmer gewesen und mussten 11 Euro bezahlen . Wir haben da nicht übernachtet weil es dreckig war wollen unser Geld zurück haben!

Arrivé dimanche, ce n'est que le mercredi que la chambre a été nettoyée à ma demande. Le necessaire de toilette n'a pas été renouvellé. Le système de gestion de l'eau chaude de la douche externe commun n'était pas efficace.

Super freundliches Personal! Bei allen Fragen waren sie für uns da und hatten stets ein Lächeln. Da die Fenster etwas dünn sind, hört man die Krankenwägen und die Leute teilweise. Das Zimmer war super sauber und vorgeheizt. Die Tee/Kaffee-bar ist ein großes Plus! Wenn man was bemängeln kann, dann wie das Zimmer eingerichtet war. Ein paar mÖbel könnten umgestellt werden, damit man sie voll und ganz benutzen kann.
