Every aspect of the hotel is focused on you as a guest. Easy check in, no check out; reasonably priced breakfast and fair parking price up to the time of the next check in time on your last day.

Great, great hotel -- facilities are new, well-kept, and the location is just perfect for any stay in Potsdam.

If you're in a rush, not the place for you!
We arrived at 11pm, told we'd have to use the online check in process as the staff clock off at 10. On a Saturday night. In a hotel. Come on... The check in machine did not recognise a UK postcode so we spent 15 mins trying to get the information in before having to call the staff out to let us in (we couldn't get past the door due to it needing a code). Imagine how much easier that would have been with staff at a desk?! Rooms do not use a key, instead, they use a code. Style and fad over any kind of substance. Just use a key / card. We've been on the road for 20 days, and stayed in 20 hotels in 10 different countries and this is the most problematic of all - we expected a lot better from a chain hotel on a weekend.

Bargain stay
This hotel was a real bargain. It’s a few minutes walk from the train station and then maybe 15 minutes walk to the old town of Potsdam. Our room was very quiet, a reasonable size and had decent wifi and plenty of power sockets. Staff were friendly and helpful. We didn’t eat there but there was a breakfast option. Prices were very good.

Sehr nettes Personal und uns wurden gute Tipps gegeben, was man in Potsdam alles unternehmen kann. Dazu haben wir sogar eine Karte geschenkt bekommen. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut.

Bei den Zimmer unten sind die Scheiben abgeklebt das man nicht raus schauen kann nicht schön. Bei schlechtem Wetter kann man nicht den Frühstücksraum nutzen nur auf dem Zimmer verweilen das müsste geändert werden.

Leichte Abnutzungserscheinungen im Bad (Rost an der Tür der Duschkabine). Unbequeme Kunststoff/Gummi-Kissen. Abnutzungserscheinungen im Schlafraum (Flecken im Teppich und auf Möbeln). Sonst okay und für 1-2 Nächte gut. Würde hier aber nicht länger absteigen.
