Fridge is not working. There is no Air condition, when you open window is very noisy, very close to street. Hotel 3 stars maximum. Staff very helpfull. Expensive car park 25€/d.

Great location, clean hotel.
Great central location for the first time exploring Berlin. Everything was very clean and seemed newly updated. The staff was super helpful. We opted against the breakfast buffet since it seemed a little pricy but we did go one time for it paying separately and it had a great variety of breakfast options.

I loved my stay here. They gave me a room facing the park. The big windows open out so that would be quite nice in the summers. They also gave me a room earlier than their checkin time. The one thing that I was wondering about was why they had to charge me €2 to use the sauna when I thought it was free to use for guests.

Disappointing hotel best avoided
Tired and disappointing room in a very average hotel. Even the service was poor. There are definitely much better options for the money. All in all not a good choice at all.

Perfectly comfortable
We spent a weekend at the Relexa Hotel Stuttgarter Hof and had no complaints. Check in was very quick and the staff were quite friendly. Our room was comfortable, clean and all we needed. There's good wifi throughout the building and a computer and printer in the lobby if you need to print your boarding pass. Breakfast was not included and we decided against it as it was €15 pp, and we thought that was too much. There's a nice cafe at the end of the street and plenty of bakeries around Berlin any way. The hotel is walking distance from the Berlin hot air balloon, Trabi World, Topography of Terror, a panorama of the wall and Checkpoint Charlie and the museum. It's also only about 5-10 minutes from the centre of Berlin by U-bahn. The hotel is a two minute walk from the U-bahn.

Nice hotel close to all important attraction.
Pit stop through Europe close to the attractions we wanted to see. Note: No Air condition so take care when temperature is high.

Great hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and conveniently situated near Checkpoint Charlie. My only problem was the bed which was comfortable but very creaky and noisy.

A nice place to stay.
I stayed in this hotel while visiting Berlin for a few days to attend a concert. I didn't take advantage of any of the hotel's amenities (gym, restaurant, etc.), and spent little time in the room other than for resting. The hotel itself was conveniently located near to several public transit stops. There were a few restaurants nearby, but not much nightlife in the nearby neighbourhood to speak of. There was a good late/fun area about 15 minutes walk away, plus anywhere else was easily accessible by train or bus. I didn't get much chance to interact with the staff, but the ones I did speak with were very friendly and welcoming. They were able to accommodate my slightly-early check-in, which was great because I'd not slept in over 24 hours with all the traveling, and probably would have just passed out in the lobby chairs if I had been made to wait! The shower pressure was great, and the water was hot. The bed was comfy, and the room was warm when I got in, and there was complementary in-room wifi. There was a nice cold mini-fridge in the room which was great to keep some drinks on-hand, and they even left a nice bottle of sparkling water for me when I arrived. There was a decent sized TV, but I didn't use it at all. I don't personally enjoy the luxury of daily housekeeping, and they were very respectful of my privacy - leaving a note on the door to say they'd been by, and to let them know if I needed anything. Check-out was easy and the stay was very enjoyable.

Good value for money
The hotel itself was very good value, clean and comfortable. It was a warm room for February so I can see why other reviews have commented that it was too warm in the summer. There are not a lot of decent restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity but it is right next to an S-bahn stop so no problems getting around the city easily.

Relaxa Hotel very relaxing
The hotel is brilliantly situated to access all the sites being very close to Potsdama Platz and Checkpoint Charlie, also virtually beside The Topography of Terror. The staff were marvellous,polite \and helpful with excellent English.

Fully met my expectations
Excellent hotel with the amenities I was looking for. The room was comfortable and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is quiet, safe and close to a major subway line to make it easy to get around. Not party central, but as I said, the subway is nearby and runs late if you want to search for nightlife. I'd be happen to stay here again.

Great stay
The stay at Relexa was excellent. The staff at reception were very helpful. Room service was very good. Only thing I would suggest would be some facility to have food at night after the restaurant closes at 11pm eg fridge with some ready meals that can be heated in a microwave at reception.

Good hotel in a convenient location
The Relaxa hotel is in a very convenient location within easy reach of everywhere. Room was comfortable, clean and well looked after ( apart from a stained carpet). Bed very comfortable too. All hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good, varied & plentiful. Evening meal on the first night in the restaurant was beautiful and very good value. Would definitely stay again. Metres from the S Bahn and so easy and cheap to get around

Brilliant hotel
My wife and I had a fantastic 4 nights here at the start of August 2017. Everything from the room to the service and food was brilliant. Location is great, although a little further from main Kreuzberg where the pubs and restaurants are than I had thought, it is handy for taking a stroll to the city centre however. The only negative is the heat in the room. There is no air conditioning making it extremely hot if the weather is good. However, we were provided with a fan which helped immensely. The weather in Berlin this summer was relatively cool compared to usual, so this may have been more of an issue had the weather been hotter. From what I can gather, air conditioning is not something Berlin bothers with in general as it is only required for a short period of time in the summer. It's a really awesome little hotel and was phenomenal value for the price. Pretty sure it was the cheapest hotel we could find in Kreuzberg, yet did not feel cheap in the slightest. Would defitnelty go back.

Good location but not quite value for money
The hotel is in an excellent location for the Berlin Wall and Check Point Charlie as well as Potsdammer Platz however it is more of a conference location it seems than a tourist hotel. There were several conferences on the ground floor which I had to navigate past each morning of my stay. The rooms do not have air conditioning which I was aware but my room over looked an internal square court and this was where the smokers went to consume their cigarettes. Even though I was on the 5th floor this meant that smoke permeated up to my room through my open window which needed to be open in the summer heat. The room was cleanly overall but there were stains on the carpet and it could generally do with a refresh of the décor. All staff there were very friendly, pleasant and helpful but I would probably look to stay elsewhere if I visited this part of Berlin again.

Perfectly fine, convenient and clean
The room was fine. The hotel was in a convenient spot, not far from the center. The daytime personnel were efficient and pleasant. The evening staff either didn't speak English or spoke bad English, with some impatience in their attitudes.

Perfect location for the Berlin marathon
Hotel was nice, room was lovely although the carpet was stained which I would not have expected as it was expensive (for me). Bathroom was great as it had a bath and shower, bed was comfy. The hotel staff were accommodating with directions etc. it was located within easy walking distance of Station Berlin (expo venue) and the start of the marathon. Can't comment on the food as only had breakfast and that was just scant as morning of the race. I would recommend this hotel overall.

The hotel is in a reasonably good location (20 minutes walk to Brandenburg Gate). Breakfast was very good and staff were all very helpful and friendly. The main criticism I have is that the bed was very uncomfortable and I found it difficult to sleep on such a hard mattress. The air conditioning in my room did not work properly which added to this problem.

Great hotel and location
Relaxa hotel was clean, quiet, comfortable and easily accessible from the metro. Great location from which to explore the historical sites and to ride a bike to the trendy neighbourhoods of Berlin.
