Peaceful hotel with great views

Lovely location. Too strict rules.
This hotel is really lovely, especially the terrace. However, if you miss breakfast they will not even give you a drink of water. They have rules, and they are not to be broken.

What a complete rip off. Almost €200 per night for a small and old room. Bathroom small and not good. I am unsure how it cost so much when it seems that average night is half this price. But the worst was that there is policy that after first night the room is not cleaned, only after the second night! Furthermore, I wanted something to eat after returning at 9:30pm to be advised that the kitchen shut at 9pm and no offer of anything cold. Will certainly not stay again.

First class traditional hotel!
This hotel is clearly traditional and well appointed! The location, view amenities and service were wonderful! I will gladly stay at this classic hotel on my next visit to Berlin!

Great location and very helpful staff
The staff is second to none that I have mey in Europe and the location is ideal for anyone who is doing business at the Messe Convention Center. The only drawback is the rooms and lobby are in need of a refurbishment

Beautiful hotel in Charlottenburg
The hotel was comfortable. Cleaned room daily. I did not have an adapter for my laptop which they provided. They also provided an ironing board and iron on request.

Oasis in centre of city
Fantastic experience. “0asis in the middle of the city”. Location suited us perfectly as it was close to family’s residences. Public transportation within easy walking distance. Excellent food, beautiful outdoor terrace overlooking lake, nicely landscaped. Heated indoor pool. Room was a bit small but our own large, totally private terrace, overlooking lake offset that.

Lovely hotel. Although the hotel is old it has quite a quaint feel to it. The staff are very helpful and professional. I was using two crutches to aid walking and the staff were always available to help me without being asked. The rooms were clean and comfortable but there is no Tea and coffee making facilities in the room which is a shame as this would really make a difference. For me, a walk in shower would also have made life easier as I was unable to use shower over the bath. However I had a pleasant 3 night stay and would be happy to return to same hotel.

Enjoyable stay
Nice area, view and staff. Thought the breakfast buffet could have been better for the price, and would have appreciated a reasonably priced a la carte menu at breakfast. Windows in Europe are quite different from those in NA - some instruction would have saved me some time. Beds in Europe seem to be smaller than in NA in general, but they were able to give me a double bed rather than a single. The front desk lady was very nice!

Old style hotel in a fairly nice location by a lake. Staff were friendly, but room amenities were a bit lacking. All power sockets were away from the bed and the hotel barely stocked travel adapters. The air-con didn't work, hot water was temperamental at times, and there was no kettle available. That said, I had a decent stay overall.

Great location. Easy to get to and from the centre of Berlin. Very friendly staff. Food excellent. The only minus is that the bed and pillows were too soft. Other than that a great place to stay.

Nice hotel in quiet area, 10 min walk to S or U-Bahn. Nice terrace overlooking little lake, for the summer months. Room was a bit small, but comfortable. Parking available in garage at reasonable price. Extra charge for breakfast, but available in house.

What a lovely hotel perfectly located
I can't say more than what a wonderful hotel the staff are amazing the food was great and it is so well placed for a stay in berlin there is a bus stop less than a minute walk and a 5 minute walk to the nearest train station .

Fully recommended but avoid parking and breakfast
The single bed room was small but nice and clean. Bed was good - slept very well. Breakfast very good but with 14 Euro quite expensive as well as parking with 14 Euro. Surroundings at the small lake very nice.

Hotel Seehof
Hotel Seehof Lietzensee is a very comfortable hotel in an excellent location . The hotel is extremely well-managed and the staff very welcoming. The family accommodation consisting of 2 linked suites is very practical.

Nice hotel in a beautiful location
This hotel is in a lovely location very near to public transport for easy access round the city. The rooms were lovely and spacious with a lovely view of the lake. Only fault was the shower was quite difficult to work at first and the hot water took a while to kick in, but once you got used to it it was fine.

Very pleasant stay
Nice hotel and peaceful location. 10 minute pleasant stroll to the station. The only downside - we couldn't use the swimming pool in the morning as there was a class going on, so check the times if you want to use the pool for swimming.
