Traumhafte Ferienwohnung

Eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung. Sehr ruhig in einem Wohngebiet gelegen und doch nur 5 Minuten von der nächsten S-Bahnstation entfernt, die direkt und ohne Umstieg ins Zentrum führt. Hier ist sehr viel Eigeninitiative eingeflossen. Fast alles selbst gebaut. Überall Fußbodenheizung, Küche mit Backofen und Spülmaschine, Terrasse, indirekte Beleuchtung. Modernes Bad. Einziges Manko, wenn es denn wirklich eines ist: Die Wohnung liegt zwischen Parkplätzen und neben einer Bahnlinie. Es kann also manchmal laut werden. Uns hat es nicht gestört. Dafür wird man mit dem Gesang der Nachtigall belohnt. Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert.

Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und praktisch eingerichtet. Sie liegt direkt an der Bahngleise. Aber der nächtliche Bahnverkehr hält sich in Grenzen. Es war gut auszuhalten und wir schlafen immer mit offenem Fenster. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man als Familie für einen Urlaub benötigt. Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, so dass man die Umgebung auch mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sehr gut erkunden kann. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und helfen schnell, zB. haben wir um einen Tritt für das Bad gebeten (für unsere Kleine) und umgehend bekommen. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne Tage und wurden sehr freundlich vom Gastgeber empfangen. Für die Grundversorgung war alles vorhanden. Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft recht zentral gelegen.

Ankommen und sich Wohlfühlen

Wir (3 Erwachsene) haben die tolle Wohnung vollends genossen. Man kommt in die Wohnung und fühlt sich wohl. Eigentlich wollten wir abends Essen gehen, aber dank der tollen und gut ausgestatteten Küche sind wir zu REWE gelaufen und haben selber gekocht. Die vielen Aufhängemöglichkeiten und Ablagen (auch im Bad) sind äußerst praktisch. Hierhin kommt man gerne wieder!

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit Terrasse, super Lage, Straßenbahn, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir waren mit unseren vier kleinen Kindern hier, es gab ein Kinderbett und Hochstuhl. Nette Vermieter.

Nur zu empfehlen!

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung! Die Ausstattung war wirklich top – es wurde an alles gedacht, sodass es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. Die Lage war perfekt, um die Umgebung zu erkunden, und die Nähe zu Berlin war ein großer Pluspunkt, da wir bequem Tagesausflüge in die Hauptstadt unternehmen konnten.Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Gastgeber: extrem freundlich, zuvorkommend und immer ansprechbar. Man merkt, dass hier mit viel Herzblut gearbeitet wird. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Ideal für Kurzaufenthalte

Wir haben die Unterkunft zu dritt im Rahmen einer Dienstreise gebucht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war äußerst nett, Begrüßung und Check- in sehr freundlich und persönlich. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und modern. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Kleine Anmerkung: Hinter dem Haus rollt der Güterverkehr (fehlt in Beschreibung), das WLAN hat leider nicht funktioniert. Ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen.

Sehr gute Unterkunft - absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir 4 hatten ein paar schoene Tage in Potsdam. Die Wohnung hat Alles benoetigte, ist ruhig mit grün aussen herum und das mitten in der Stadt. Die Anbindung durch die oeffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist sehr gut, die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter problemlos. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Wunderbar für einen Städtetrip

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt. Die neu eingerichtete Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was gebraucht wird. Man ist in 5 min am Templiner See oder in 15 min. mit dem ÖPNV in der Innenstadt. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert !

Alle Erwartungen wurden übertroffen

Wir haben vom 12.08.24 - 17.08.24 in dieser Ferienwohnung übernachtet (zwei Erwachsene und drei Kinder im Alter von eins, zehn und zwölf Jahren). Die Unterkunft war äußerst hochwertig ausgestattet und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Ein Reisebett wurde direkt bereitgestellt sowie ein extra Hochstuhl für die Jüngste. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben direkt eine kurze Einweisung in die Wohnung erhalten sowie in die Nutzung der Terrasse mit Grillplatz. Perfekte Lage am Stadtrand, kurze Wege zur TRAM/Bus und zum einkaufen. Kurz und knapp, diese Ferienwohnung kann man mit besten Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Aufenthalt im Juni mit 4 Personen

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Es war fast alles vorhanden was man braucht. Ein Wäscheständer wurde sofort beschafft. Allerdings gab es bei unserem Aufenthalt ein großes Problem mit dem Fernsehempfang. Der Fernsehempfang erfolgte nämlich über das Internet und dafür reichte die Internetkapazität in der Wohnung nicht aus. Ausserdem ist es für einen Laien schwer sich mit den Internetangeboten zurechtzufinden. Also einfach anschalten und das Programm ist da funktionierte nicht. In den Schlafzimmern wären richtige Kleiderschränke besser als die vorhandenen Gestelle. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung schön und der Vermieter sehr freundlich.
