10/10 Excellent

"Very nice large rooms! Rooms were clean with plenty of cool air feom the air con. Would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was underwhelming for the price you pay, but otherwise not horrible."

"On arrival at 10 am we were excited to find our room was ready earlier than expected. Unfortunately the room had a very strong odor of mold. A quick look in the bathroom and we found the culprit. There was an enormous amount of mold on the ceiling, wall and shower. The smell was utterly unbearable. Immediately called the front desk who said there were no other rooms available but they would send someone to look at it. A supervisor came and immediately agreed that the mold was present, we were then moved to another room. The staff repeatedly apologized about the situation. Second room was clean, no mold or smell. It was during an unusually hot streak and the ac did not disappoint. The room was small, but had enough room for the three of us. The breakfast provided was very nice, they even had gluten free options in a separate area, along with a toaster for gluten free bread. The area was safe, walkable and near many restaurants, pubs, coffee shops and markets. Overall our stay was pleasant."

"Decent Hotel if you are able bodied. The staff were all helpful, paricularly Cameron who went above and beyond what was expected of him. When I booked the Hotel it stated it had wheelchair access. However this was around the back and it was very difficult to access. The pavement was blocked so I had to go on to the road. Not only that there were deep gutters and a drain cover which were difficult to get my wheelchair over. I had to have assistance after I tried myself and almost tipped my wheelchair over. I damaged my.wheelchair in the process. Once over the gutters it was a very steep incline up to the ramp to enter the hotel. The rear door access to the hotel was not automatic, so was difficult to open on my own."

"It's a cute hotel and very accessible to all forms of transportation. Tower Bridge is a ten minute walk along the water has some amazing views especially at night. The Borough Market is a bustling area with great restaurants even after the market closes at 5pm"
