"Breakfast was excellent with the menu changing daily. Staff could not have been more helpful and pleasant. Our room was in need of a facelift. Door secure latch was loose and bathroom shower door was a safety hazard. Additionally the shower needed recaulking."

"This was a lovely hotel to stay in. The reception is currently undergoing renovation, but there are plenty of staff on hand to guide you. The staff are extremely helpful and attentive. The breakfast is fantastic - it offers both a buffet and a menu to order from. The restaurant on site is also great for dinner, with the service being particularly good. Location wise, this hotel is near the starting point for hiking up the Lion's Head, and is also near the Table Mountain cable car station. I would definitely stay here again when next in Cape Town!"
