Beautiful open space with original stoney cottage features in a highly sought after area in the village of Northam. Walking distance to the local town of Appledore & Westward Ho! with a bus station just minute walk away offering excellent opportunity to visit other areas such as Westward Ho! & Bideford.
Full access to all the property also offering private driveway and on street parking right next to the access of the garden which is ideal for unloading when arriving and leaving.
