Refurbished in 2018 it offers luxury accommodation with three lovely bedrooms, a spacious kitchen/dining room, cosy snug and a large first floor living room with wood burner, Freesat TV and French doors leading to a sunny terrace. One of the two lovely seating areas, the terrace is perfect to enjoy an al fresco supper or a morning coffee. The bathroom on the first floor has travertine tiles and glass screens, whilst the downstairs shower room has a vanity unit.



There is plenty for everyone with birdwatching, fishing, horse riding, golf, surfing and sailing all close by. A short walk from the cottage brings you to a steep cliff top pathway, which winds down to the beach overlooking Lundy Island and the Atlantic Ocean. Sea fishing is available along both sandy and rocky beaches, with no licence required. The coastal path leads you to the famous fishing village of Clovelly and the unspoilt beach at Peppercombe, or if you are feeling energetic you can walk all the way to Westward Ho! A village store and post office are just 1¼ miles away, and nearby Bideford has restaurants and town amenities along with boat trips to Lundy Island, or why not hire a bike and explore the nearby Tarka Trail. RHS Rosemoor Gardens, Docton Mill and Hartland Quay are well worth a visit along with many pretty fishing villages to explore including nearby Instow and Appledore. For family fun, the Big Sheep and Milky Way Adventure parks are a must. Beach 50 yards. Shop 1¼ miles, pub and restaurant 3½ miles.
