"The hotel is just located in the old town. Everything in the hotel is basic and the car parking is a bit far even though the customers can get discounts."

"Our stay was wonderful, great property with amazing staff. rooms were clean and spacious. Our only concern was eating at the La Rotonde des Tresoms. Beautiful spot with great staff although as a Canadian be aware of how the pricing and menu is displayed. We were hit with a very large bill due to misunderstanding."

"We loved the kitchenette in the room. It made it easy to make drinks and we used the microwave and fridge. The room was clean and convenient for a good night's sleep. The hotel was large but quiet. It is about 40 minutes walk from the centre which was okay but there are also buses from close to the hotel which makes it easier. For the price, a very good basic hotel with everything you need for a stay."

"Excellent hotel across from the beautiful Lac D’Annecy. Staff were excellent and we had a wonderful stay. Comfortable beds and really nicely decorated rooms. Breakfast was great as well."

"Ideally located within a short walk of the train station, the hotel is clean with comfortable beds and spacious bath rooms. Also <5 minute walk to old town sites and 10 minute walk to the lake. Good breakfast offering included. Staff courteous at checkin/check out and helpful with questions about the neighborhood. Highly recommend."

"Super studio pour 3-4 personnes avec chambres separées et cuisinette. Nous avons adoré ce studio très bien situé pres de la vieille ville d Annecy. Personnel très aidant qui est venu dans notre chambre nous montrer comment fonctionnait la cuisinière. Expérience de location très positive."

"The apartment was well placed for walking into Annecy. It was clean and spacious enough for our needs. I did book a 4 person apartment which implied we had four separate beds which we needed. What we actually ended up with was a double, a single sofa and a pull out single trundle bed. It wasn’t ideal but we made it work. Small studio kitchen was well equipped. Toilet separate from the bathroom was good, however no sink in the toilet area was a little strange. Opening doors, walking through the apartment and using light switches with unwashed hands wasn’t my favourite thing. Free coffee, tea and water was a great advantage. Staff friendly and helpful. "
