"The family apartment was clean, cozy, and had very comfortable bedding. It’s a cute little apartment with 2 rooms, a living room, and a bathroom. The only thing missing was a kitchen. The decor definitely takes you back to the 1970s–80s, which gives it a unique charm. The cable car is literally right next door, and you can enjoy some beautiful views from the apartment. The breakfast was decent too. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again if we’re ever in the area! 😊"

"We stayed for two nights and got to experience two different rooms. Spectacular views from each room! The staff was very helpful with check in and our room transfer the 2nd day. Each room had its own charm and met our needs fully. The breakfast was plentiful and satisfying. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the Falken Hotel to others."

"View from both of our rooms was spectacular. Restaurant was very good. Staff was very friendly and welcoming, especially the driver that transported us to and from the hotel. Hotel is outside the town in a rural area with stunning views of Grindelwald (there is a bus that stops at the hotel). One of our rooms was very large and quite nice. The other room was smaller but still nice. Only minor concern is we booked two suites but the quality of the rooms were vastly different. It's unclear if one room was upgraded or the other was downgraded... but the hotel was so beautiful we didn't bother to ask about it. Very highly recommend."

"We didn't use the amenities; however, they looked great in the photos. The view is amazing, and the location is great, being just across the road from the train station. I LOVED that it is a car-free village other than municipal vehicles and some from the hotels further away from the train station. Highly recommend this location!!!"

"This was an exceptionally positive experience. After being rudely treated throughout the day, we checked into the Jungfraublick with a smiling, welcoming and helpful Marrissa. The stay continued to get better with the Manager, John and the restaurant staff. The room was impeccably clean, the grounds were so inviting to sit an stare at the beauty that surrounds it. It's a 10 for us!"
