The hot tub overlooking the city was really cool and I enjoyed the saunas and steam room. I liked our room but I was disappointed because I had paid top dollar for a grand junior suite with a view of the Matterhorn but realized after my first night that the hotel had given me the worst possible room of that category. You are in the heart of the shopping/dining district in Zermatt. The staff went out of their way to provide excellent customer service and the room was very spacious with modern amenities. I would definitely stay here again."

"My wife and I chose this place and couldn't have been happier with our selection. The staff (Julekha, Alena, Silvana) were all incredible and super friendly. They were all so genuinely happy and welcoming. These guys made the stay even better and will certainly come back and stay here at hotel Daniela on our next visit. The room was super spacious with a large and clean bathroom with heated tile floors. The ski lockers were great and the breakfast has been by far one of my favorites. "

"I throughly enjoyed my stay at the Alex. Staff was more than friendly and accommodating, the facilities are immaculately clean and the room and property had everything I wanted in a hotel. The Ski room with heated boot and glove warmers in my private locker were a fantastic add that I wasn’t aware of. Sofi and the staff were very friendly. Everything is walkable from this location, including the train. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!!"

"This is a beautiful resort nestled in the Swiss mountains. Stunning views, amazing dining and one of the best spa’s we have ever visited. Kandersteg is quiet but you dont need to leave the hotel. Every need was catered for and we left truly relaxed. Will definitely return in the future!"
