Convenient and well located

A great place to stay if with two couples. Well located closed to city. Pretty loud on Friday evening however. The outside/entrance to the apartment looks a bit…unsure, but the apartment is nice inside. A good kitchen but not too many utensils if you plan on full cooking. Overall, a good base for the 10 days we stayed.

Filthy

The entrance to the building stank! The property was really unclean, my child was running around bare foot for a couple of minutes and his feet were black! There was no food, which was fine, but they had some items which were moldy in the cuboards, the bin was disgusting and the carpets desperately needed to be cleaned/changed. There were clean towels but the bed sheets appeared to have brown stains under the pillow (hopefully coffee) and the kitchen was nasty too. The shower curtain was yellow when its meant to be white and the floors around the whole property were sticky. Definitely do not recommend, especially with a child.

Perfect location for our gig at the 02 institute. Nice and clean spacious apartment. Communication with the owner was easy and all messages were answered immedietley.

Very good flat in a great location. Ideal for Birmingham City Centre.

The property was in a very good location in Birmingham. It was tidy and had all facilities for a weekend away. The host Mirza was very approachable and replied quickly to messages. Would stop here again.
