Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
The apartment wasn't clean at all, was a health and safety hazard, one of the cupboards was on its last legs and barely standing up. There were 3 of us in the apartment and was only supplied 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel. The bedding had seen better days, mis match and didnt look nice at all. Had to deposit £100 for a key which wasn't mentioned in the booking. The stair way and lobby literally smelt of poo. By far the worst place I've ever stayed. Do not recommend anyone staying here.
