Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Having travelled from West Wales, being stuck in traffic for hours, imagine our disappointment when the host messaged us half an hour before our arrival, to let us know that we had no accomodation because they had double booked. Furthermore, had we not sent a message to the host, we would have been none the wiser and turned up anyway.And just to add insult to injury, yes, Abdul issued a refund, but not a full refund. We were more than 60 short in our refund. Absolute joke, don't bother booking!!
