The location was about 15 min walk from the ICC which was known ahead of time. The room was clean. My room was on the ground floor near the outside seating area of the restaurant. I was staying for a Wed and Thurs night so there wasn't much noise but the outside lights shone through the gaps in the curtains. That could be improved. Checkin and out was easy. nice touch to have some food for breakfast availabe and free of charge.

As good as my previous stays here. The room was really warm on entering, too warm, but did cool down with windows opened - not noisy in doing that on a Monday night. The room was in excellent condition, and very clean, as expected here. Look forward to staying again.

Excellent stay in this lovely big town house. Very clean too. Tea and coffee in the room also and continental breakfast served in the ajoining pub. 15 min walk to Ulitita Arena too.
