"Nicely decorated, lovely staff, great location "

"Booked a twin room but beds were pushed together because room too small to configure beds correctly. Room was dark, only one bathrobe (for two people) and no water supplied as should be, we had to ring reception and ask for it. Coffee maker needed a good clean. Mentioned at checkout and was promised an email, never got one. Madeleines bar was poorly staffed, it is usually good service but only a few (well known) customers got any attention."

"Great location next to the train station. It was a little difficult to order a food delivery to the lobby area as the hotel is accessed via a pedestrian arcade walkway. Beautiful hotel, it felt luxurious to me! "
