A beautiful property. Very well appointed. The Cottage is absolutely stunning. You must try the bakery. I had to bring some sourdough back home with me!

As an interior designer and holiday let’s owner Hampton Manor is a fabulous example of quality and high standards which is followed through by the staff maintaining them. My favorite place to stay in the Midlands. Nicky Bright Interiors & Holidays

This is an amazing hotel with excellent restaurants. The staff were extremely friendly and couldn't do more to help you. I loved the tour of the hotel & restaurants by the owner. We'll definitely be back !

Hi Simon,Thank you for your feedback. Yes, we are located near Birmingham airport, so the planes can be heard. We haven't received this feedback about the ventilation for the room you stayed in before, so this is something we will look in to this.

The mix of traditional-style furniture with new technology. The games room and vinyl player were amazing. Food was fantastic and staff were extremely accommodating and helpful.

If you’re looking for a spa, don’t book here
If you’re expecting a Spa, don’t bother , there isn’t one. There is a pamper room somewhere on the estate (apparently) but with no staff on site or facilities what so ever. We booked a suite , the mini bar was empty there were broken electronics in the room and card key broke several times over the 2 days. As well as this, there were stains on the carpet and the decor was in desperate need of updating. To top it off the night porter let us out for a cigarette and then locked up the building g which meant we were stuck outside in the icy weather from 11:45 pm to 1:45 in the morning and the hotel phone was set to voicemail! Other than that the other staff were lovely and the bed was extremely comfortable!

I am so pleased that you thought our staff are lovely, are we are a wonderful team that likes to go above and beyond for all of our guests. We are extremely disappointed to hear about your experience of being stuck outside - we have liaised with the team and I understand that you were compensated for this inconvenience. We are sorry to hear that you were not happy with the decor of your room - our rooms are an older, vintage style, so can only apologise that this was not to your taste. In terms of the spa facilities, we do have a treatment room on site, this is how Expedia choses to categorise the treatment rooms, and these are bookable prior to your stay via Hampton Manor Clinic. We do not advertise that we have any other facilities such as a swimming pool. Many thanks, Hampton Manor

Wish there was an extra star for this place
I've stayed at some amazing places, and experienced some out of this world cuisine, but this place is at another level, 15 course meal. Truly an outstanding overall experience.

Highly recommend
Unbelievable stay. Me and my wife went for a staycation and it didn’t disappoint. Food was amazing, the ambience was good. Nice and relaxing. Smoke - restaurant unbelievable and the service was very good. Only bug bear was you could hear airplanes due to the close proximity to the airport. But didn’t stop us from having a great time.
