The apartment is in a good location and spacious. Unfortunately the key had not been left in the key safe box so we could not access the apartment on the evening we arrived ( we did receive an apology and a bottle of wine). There was no sofa bed as advertised and the replacement fold up bed not very comfortable for a tall adult. There was insufficient crockery for our famiily and not addressed despite letting the agents know. The decor is a little tired but the apartment was clean. I am disappoint4d that Hotel.com are not interested in supporting us in raising our concerns with the letting agents
