Shouldnt be on hotels.com

I turned up and had no way of getting in, no information of entry before arrival and no reception/entrance for people that dont live there permanently to speak to someone. I called the contact and was just told they had no booking and nothing they could do, they also said this accommodation was not currently being offered to stay in/book to stay in! Had to book another hotel
