Bed was broken, outlets were loose or didn’t work at all. For the price I paid, I’d expect better quality and service. We had to wait for the front desk clerk to get back to check in because he was running a shuttle to wherever for over 20 minutes. I don’t know about you, but after traveling that’s the last thing want to do. "
