In Biscarrosse, the holiday apartment Duplex à deux pas de l'océan enjoys an excellent location just steps from the beach. This 20 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a sofa bed for two people, a sofa, and a shower cabin located in the main room on the ground floor. Upstairs, you will find a bedroom with a washbasin and toilet at the top of the stairs, as well as a single bed. This duplex can accommodate up to 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a television, air conditioning, and a fan.



This holiday rental also offers a private outdoor area with a courtyard, garden, open-air terrace, and a plancha grill. The property is a 5-minute walk from the beach, and a tennis court is accessible within 15 minutes on foot. The local market, located opposite the property, is open every morning from July 1st to August 31st. In the evening, a large night market offers local products and handmade crafts.
