The room was decent and the bed comfortable, and the staff kindly allowed us to leave our luggage with them on the morning we arrived so that we could go out and look around the city without our bags until it was time to check in. We had a problem with our toilet that was fixed quite speedily after notifying reception. We were looking forward to an evening drink at the rooftop bar, but when we went up there were no staff around, which was a little disappointing."
