"I really enjoyed my stay here! The location eas perfect, close to transportation, shops and dining. Very safe and quiet area. The hotel was lovely. My room was beautiful, clean and spacious with all the amenities. Bathroom spotless and loved the soaps and body wash. Great shower with good water pressure. The kitchenette was great with coffee, teas and some snacks. TV great with many channels. Heat and lighting panel very nice. So many sockets everywhere a plus. The bed and linens were so nice. Had the best sleep!! Beautiful view of the palace. Easy check in and checkout. Residence very attentive to inquiries. Very helpful and kind staff. I would definitely stay her again, highly recommend !!!!"

"Checkin was fine, receptionist made sure we'd keyed in our car reg to their parking iPad to avoid a penalty charge. Room 20 was a good size, recently renovated, a bit similar to a Premier - so it's pretty good. The only small niggle was the shower didn't have much pressure, but still a 5 star stay. Bar next door is friendly and inexpensive, breakfast was really good. All in all great value for money. "
