Nice warm greeting from the staff. I thought the bed was very nice and very well made up. Most of the fittings and fixtures in the room were damaged, but when I shop around by price I don't mind anyway; I just want a clean bed, secure door and private bathroom and it ticked all the boxes. The shower floor floods a bit because the drain is ~2mm proud of the floor. The tea and coffee tray is a nice touch but there was no milk jugs or coffee-mate which meant we didn't want a cup in the morning. I'm not sure there was WiFi; I couldn't find it and I didn't see any key for one. Overall, I quite liked it and would happily stay again.

When I tell you this is the worse hotel I have ever stayed in, I mean by a mile. The owner was horrifically rude suggesting myself and my friend were there as sex workers! The place was filthy, blood on the mattress.

Hell hole

Dreadful had no booking and were full but told someone else there were two rooms a viable. Rude unhelpful wouldn’t call hotels.com . Two women walked out because of the state of the place and let me have their room. £75 was a joke for that place you should take it off your rosta No towels and stunk of smoke

I booked three rooms for two nights, and the experience was unacceptable from the moment we arrived. The entire hotel had a strong foul smell, and it was immediately clear that the rooms had not been cleaned properly for a long time. The hygiene standards were far below anything reasonable. The rooms and corridors had a persistent bad odour, visible dirt, and an overall neglected appearance. It was so bad that staying for the full booking was impossible. I had no choice but to check out one night early, losing both time and money. This hotel is not fit for guests, and the conditions raise serious concerns about cleanliness, maintenance, and basic health standards. I would strongly advise others to avoid this property until significant improvements are made.
