The hotel was just like being at home, with a beautiful breakfast, clean warm comfortable accommodation and very friendly and attentive owners. Parking outside the hotel, subject to availability was a big bonus and also on street away from the beach front!

Great guest house, homely feel.
We arrived slightly later than planned, however the ladies (owners) were waiting to greet us. A lovely homely feel and the ladies are fantastic, have great information about the best places to visit. We stayed in room 6 top floor with twin beds, en suite shower, WiFi was no issue for us, there are two options to connect, you just need to connect to the right one. Toilet just down one set of stairs, I found it to be quiet apart from the odd boy racer! Depending on your level of fitness, just a short walk to the North shore end of town. Breakfast, choice of cereals, or English breakfast, choice of toast with beans, eggs etc. vegetarian options, but no vegan if that’s you. I’m already planning another trip with family for next month, this trip was just for a couple nights away for a gig.

This was an excellent option for the price compared to others in the area. The room was simple but clean and decorated to a modern standard. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good, although the 9am start time for breakfast may not suit some people. The only issue I had was trying to maintain a steady temperature for the water in the shower, which ranged from just about warm enough to absolutely freezing! There was probably a knack to it. The B&B is located close to a tram stop and has free street parking outside, so works well as a cheap base for heading down the promenade. For a one night stay this was about as good as you'll get for the price, and I would consider staying again if I needed somewhere in Blackpool.
