"Room was very nice but very hot. At check-in i was told that there was no air conditioning in the rooms. I made a booking for 2 rooms for my friend and myself, and Im the hotels.com VIP member. Come to find out, my friends room had air conditioning as well as a fridge. Mine had neither."
