"The property was large, spacious, and generally clean, so overall our stay was not unpleasant. However, there were several issues that impacted our experience. We tried contacting reception on multiple occasions but were never able to get through, and the reception desk closes at 5pm, which further limited support when needed. "Fabulous postion above Barmouth. Lovely sea views and breakfast room looking over the bay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were there for a park run and even though breakfast we over when we got back from the run we were treated to a lovely cooked breakfast. Brilliant!"

"We had a fabulous stay The cottage is absolutely gorgeous with a beautiful garden to enjoy the views, incl the swing chair and hot tub. Very well equipped and cosy place to stay. Eloise and Mark are fabulous hosts, called and gave lots of extra information for us to enjoy our trip. Fairbourne is so beautiful too, lovely beach where we got a glimpse of a porpoise one morning and a dolphin the next day which was amazing. Little steam train was cute to see and we had lovely food from the chippy after a picturesque walk across to Barmouth and back. We would definitely love to come back again "

"The Fanny Talbot apartment no.3 is an excellent holiday stay. I would thoroughly recommend it. But if I was to be really really critical I would say that a full length mirror would be a added benefit especially for the shorter people and a wall shelf in the bathroom would definitely help. Otherwise this property is fully equipped with everything you could need."

"We enjoyed our stay in a double room overlooking the bay at Barmouth. The room was well appointed, spacious and clean with a large bathroom with bath, walk-in shower and double basins. The hotel is a few minutes walk outside the centre of town which worked well for us albeit the last 100 yards or so between the hotel and main road into town is a bit of a slope but nothing to worry about unless you have mobility issues. We also appreciated being able to park our car in the hotel carpark for the duration of our stay (other people in our group stayed in the town centre and had to park in public carparks). The breakfast was great with a good choice of cereals, fruit, pastries, yogurts while your hot breakfast choice is cooked for you. If we are back in Barmouth in the future we would definitely stay at the Bae Abermaw Hotel again."
