"Very big family room. Clean. Modern furniture. Outstanding views. Breakfast was excellent (possibly best fresh fruit collection I've seen at a hotel for a long time). Staff were friendly and helpful. The only minor gripe was the wifi in the room was poor. However not a big issue which could easily be solved with a wifi extender. Will look forward to returning."

10/10 Excellent
"Arrived 2 hours early as wanted to make the most of my stay in Barmouth. The owner said my room was ready and was allowed to check in early. Parking directly in front of the hotel Fantastic sea view what you can see without leaving your bed Fab location 2 mins walk from the main town and beach Cannot fault it Heads up to future bookers there is no lift so be prepared for stairs if on the 2nd floor and above. also the single room , not sure about the double, the shower is very small so would not suit a “larger” person."

10/10 Excellent
"Small but perfectly formed, the studio offered peace and tranquility within easy reach of Barmouth and the Snowdonia National Park. The A496 runs just behind the studio but we were not disturbed by traffic noise. The kitchen and shower room were sufficient for two, and the living room was full of character. We loved walking down through the orchard to the Mawddach Estuary to watch the ebb and flow of the tide, and taking breakfast on the terrace in the morning, warmed by the rays of the sun."

Pandy Farmhouse

Pandy Farmhouse

10/10 Excellent
"We had just the best time. We negotiated the track several times (thank you Audi Quattro). When we arrived, the house was beautifully clean and tidy. Spacious and pleasantly cool, as it was a very hot day. We walked from the property out onto the hills to photograph the beautiful landscape We absolutely loved the tranquility of the place, which is part of its remoteness. We are thinking about going back! We left a note for Laura."
