"Great hotel. Breakfast is delicious (but a la carte and buffet), staff are really courteous and fun, the rooftop bar is staggering - including an awesome hot tub (and pool views of city etc.). The gym is wonderful with a great view and 5th floor pool and bar also very relaxing. Staff go the extra mile."

"I was given a room that I could hear the traffic, so had problem trying to get to sleep. In the early morning (around 3 to 4 am), I was woken up by loud prayers. Had trouble getting back to bed. Went to Front Desk & request for a change to a quiet room, as I had to stay 4 nights. The staff managed to get me a quiet room. So no problem from the 2nd night onwards. Cynthia, the Manager gave me one free breakfast. Chef Juana & other staff in the Breakfast Room were so nice. They explained the local cuisine & tea, and I enjoyed my breakfast there. "
