Ho atteso qualche tempo prima di scrivere questa recensione, sperando che l’alloggio fosse rimosso dal portale, ma così non è stato. Al mio arrivo, ho notato alcune piccole criticità, nulla di grave. Il vero problema si è manifestato durante la notte: accanto all’appartamento c’è una pizzeria molto frequentata, aperta fino alle 5 del mattino, presente da anni. L’appartamento non è adeguatamente insonorizzato, e molte persone sostano proprio davanti all’ingresso per consumare cibo, parlando ad alta voce come se fosse mezzogiorno. Le mie lamentele alla pizzeria sono state completamente ignorate. La mattina successiva ho contattato VRBO, segnalando l’impossibilità di restare e lamentando la scarsa affidabilità nella gestione di questo appartamento, che ha rovinato la nostra vacanza a Bologna. Purtroppo, né loro né l’agenzia “professionale” che lo gestisce hanno fornito un supporto adeguato. Solo dopo lunghe discussioni, durate oltre una settimana, sono riuscito a ottenere un rimborso parziale, comunque insufficiente rispetto al disagio e alle spese sostenute. Ho chiesto la rimozione dell’alloggio da Expedia, ma da quanto vedo è ancora disponibile.
